What Pawpaw taught us over Thanksgiving...

On Saturday after Thanksgiving, we put the boys down for a nap, then mom and I went out shopping for a few hours.  I figured since the boys were sleeping, Brian and my dad could handle them for a little while.  What I didn't take into consideration was that the Ohio State/Michigan game was on - which had the older males attention.

When we returned home from shopping, the living room looked like a tornado had touched down.  No big deal - Brian is usually the one responsible for picking up toys at the end of the day.  However, in addition to the mess, I also found the boys playing behind the loveseat (which is angled in the one corner of the living room).

Pawpaw had been lifting the boys up and over and putting them behind the loveseat.  No big deal...until Lincoln decided he could get back there all by himself - he didn't need Pawpaw's help.  Thankfully, he had enough common sense to pull himself up onto the back of the loveseat, then slide his legs over and go feet first.  This time at least.  We'll see how long it takes till they decide to dive head first!

The only good part about it - once they got back there, they couldn't get back out!
