The background....
We were home due to the weather, so I took some vacation time to spend with the boys.
It was time for their bottles, and it is hard to feed two boys at once, so I decided I would sit them in their bouncer chairs and give them their bottles. Well, they weren't staying in the bouncers, so I had a thought - I would try strapping them in. (OK - so it seemed like a great idea at the time).
